Terms & Conditions

Appointment Times- I always endeavour to give clients as much notice as possible. As I cover a large area, I may have to wait for other bookings within your area before I can confirm a date or time. However, I will always try to work around my clients preference for times and dates

Appointment Confirmations - All appointments must have been confirmed prior to 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not respond to my confirmation message or call, your appointment may be filled with another client.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel an appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.

If you cancel an appointment twice, I will be hesitant to allow another booking. 

Travel Fee- A travel fee may need to be charged if I have cancellations in your area. This is a minimal charge and will only apply if I am travelling 1hour + for a single horse. 

Severe weather- In the event of severe weather, I may have to postpone your appointment if no safe, dry area is available. Low carports and car garages are unsafe for equine dental treatments. Please remember, this is for the safety of your horse as well as my own
